Smoothie Recipes
Welcome to Smoothie Recipes!
Smoothies are a fantastic way to get more nutrition into your diet on a regular basis. But they are also fun just to have as a treat by themselves as well, but why not both? Well, you can do that simply by using the right combination of fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables.I recommend using fresh produce because the flavors are richer and they also tend to be sweeter, which is important for making any smoothie a more tasty beverage. Frozen fruit allows you make your smoothie creamier, more consistent, and thicker without having to resort to using lots of ice which can dilute the flavor of your smoothie.I also like to use only organic ingredients whenever possible, because I find that organic produce tends to be healthier then traditionally grown varieties because they don't have pesticides and other nasty chemicals on or in them. So keep it healthy, keep it organic! Here are a couple delicious free smoothies to get you started, and that I find not only tasty, but very nutritious too. Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe!
One of my favorite types of smoothie recipes to make are strawberry banana smoothies! I think this tends to be other peoples favorites as well. Now there are a couple ways you can go about making this quintessential smoothie, but I tedn to like to use a combination of fresh fruit and frozen fruit with this particular recipe.
I always advise that you only use organic produce, including the other ingredients too, because I find they taste better and also don't have any nasty pesticides on them either. This particular recipes calls for the use of coconut water, but you can also use regular water as well, just make sure it is filtered and not just raw tap water or bottled water. On to the recipe!

2. then add your fresh strawberries
3. add your fresh banana chunks in next

I like to use these because they are a bit more common and accessible like pineapple (which I also use with mango smoothies).
That means I am more likely to actually make this delicious smoothie, and so are you! Stick with the fruits you can actually buy, ya know? I know you guys will love this as much as I do, so enjoy!
